Terms of Service

These terms govern the Promy app (com.keremarslan.RemindAi) and https://promy.bounlu.com, operated by Kerem Arslan. By installing or using Promy you agree to these terms.
1. The service
Promy is a mobile app that parses natural-language input and (optionally) connected-mailbox content via AI to create reminders. Features may evolve over time.
2. Your account & conduct
- You\'re responsible for keeping your account credentials safe.
- Don\'t use the service to break the law, harass anyone, or disrupt the service.
- You confirm you own or are authorized to use any mailbox you connect.
3. Subscription
Pro subscriptions are billed via the Apple App Store. Payment data never reaches us. Cancel anytime in App Store settings. Auto-renewal applies per Apple\'s terms; refunds flow through Apple.
4. Third-party services
Promy uses Google (Gmail), Microsoft (Outlook), Apple (Sign-In, APNs), Supabase, Cloudflare, OpenRouter (Google Gemini), Adapty, and Sentry. Their own terms apply.
5. IP
Promy\'s name, logo, design, and source belong to Kerem Arslan. Reminders you create belong to you; we process them only to provide the service.
6. Disclaimer & liability
The service is provided "as is". AI inferences may be wrong; please verify critical reminders manually. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we\'re not liable for indirect damages arising from your use of Promy.
7. Account deletion
Delete from Settings → Delete Account. All Supabase data is removed, OAuth/IMAP ciphertext is purged from KV, push tokens revoked. Anonymous cron logs may persist up to 90 days for operational reasons.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes are notified in-app.
9. Governing law
Turkish law applies. Disputes go to İstanbul (Anadolu) courts and enforcement offices.
