How does Promy work?

You write in plain language (“dentist tomorrow at 3pm”) and Promy turns it into a dated reminder. Optionally connect a Gmail or IMAP account and Promy creates reminders automatically from your important emails.

What's included for free?

You can create 3 AI reminders per month for free. Unlimited reminders and email connection come with Promy Pro (7-day free trial).

How do I manage / cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through the App Store: iPhone → Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Promy Pro. Cancel before the trial ends and you won't be charged.

How do I delete my account?

In the app, go to Settings → Delete my account to permanently remove your account and all data. Need help? Email support@bounlu.com.

Are my emails safe?

Email content is processed only to create reminders, and personal data is anonymized before processing. See our Privacy Policy.
